We ship products with Posti and Matkahuolto.
Once the order has been placed, Studio Tomi Laukkanen will send you an order confirmation, followed by a tracking e-mail once the package has been sent.
We cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped, so please ensure your shipping details and personal information are accurate at the time of checkout.

Shipping Timeframes
Please note that these timeframes apply to in-stock items. Made-to-order and pre-order items have different shipping timeframes, which are specified on the product page. We strive to keep all items available on tomilaukkanen.com in stock, but occasionally an item may be unavailable. If this happens, we will contact you by phone or email to discuss your options.
Standard handling time for all items is 3-6 business days. These timeframes are approximate and do not account for shipping delays.
Exchange & Return Policy
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If we have the item you wish to exchange in stock, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for you.
We hope you are happy with your Studio Tomi Laukkanen product. By Finnish Consumer Protection Law, you have a 14-day return policy for regular-priced items. To request a refund, please contact us at hello@tomilaukkanen.com and we’ll provide detailed instructions. To ensure a smooth return process, please contact us before sending anything back.
Products must be returned unused, with all labels and original packaging intact and suitable for resale. Studio Tomi Laukkanen cannot accept returns of opened products or those with missing labels.
Once we receive and verify your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
The cost of return shipping in the case of a refund or exchange is to be covered by the purchaser. Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer prepaid return labels.
